Adele Browne is Head of Graduate Success at De Montfort University, where she leads on institutional graduate outcomes strategy with oversight of employability skills programmes, placements, enterprise, digital and city-based projects. Adele has supported thousands of students to take part in work placements and international exchanges over a twenty-year career in higher education. She is an advocate for experiential learning and creative opportunities for students and employers to meet. Currently Adele is leading two large city projects to increase graduate retention in Leicester, working with Leicester City Council and a network of business partners. Alongside these projects, she is studying a PhD looking at mobility patterns of local graduates, their transitions into work and implications for UK skills policy.
