International Employer Liaison Manager,

At the University of Warwick, Esther is responsible for leading and delivering the strategy to support the international employability of students. Esther recently led a government funded UK-wide Higher Education research project to explore the gaps between students’ career expectations compared with the needs of Chinese employers. She has extended this collaborative research to include Hong Kong, Indian and ASEAN students who have studied in the UK. Esther also leads on a number of UK Higher Education collaborations delivering joint university careers fairs and events, both in the UK and overseas. Esther is a member of the Midlands International Group of 16 universities and Co Chair of the UK Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) International Task Group, where she leads on delivering an annual sector workshop to support International Student Employability.
