Dr Lisa Taylor is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and passionate about employability. As Associate Dean for Employability for the Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of East Anglia, Norwich, Lisa has undertaken significant work related to employability for healthcare students and professionals. Lisa has developed a comprehensive employability strategy using evidence generated with students, academics and employers and has presented her employability work at a number of conferences. Lisa’s book Taylor (2016) How to develop your healthcare career – a guide to employability and professional development Wiley Blackwell, supports graduates and healthcare professionals in their careers.

Analyse with sector leaders how to develop practical and measurable solutions to advance the employability of students and how to design a successful employability strategy

  • Analysing how to develop strategies utilising a whole-institution approach to support the success of students and graduates
  • Discussing what new strategies need to be implemented to support graduates for longer, throughout the duration of the New Graduate Outcomes Survey
